Postage charges and delivery times
All items are normally in stock and we endeavour to process all
orders within 3 working days.

Returns policy
All our new DVDs are covered by a three-month factory warranty
and may be returned within this period if they prove to be faulty in any way. A
faulty item will be replaced within two weeks of receiving it back at our
warehouse. If we are unable to obtain a replacement within two weeks, a full
refund will be processed.
All new items may also be returned for a full refund within 14
days of receipt if they are still unused and in their original packaging.
Please read our DVD descriptions very carefully, particularly if
you live outside the United Kingdom, as we cannot accept returns of DVDs that
have been opened and prove to be incompatible with your technical equipment (for
instance, if you bought a region 2 DVD from Britain that does not work on a
American region 1 DVD player).
Should you wish to return an item, please
contact us to obtain a
return authorization. We will provide you with full instructions on how to
return your item to us for replacement of refund.
